Broker's Comments
This looks a great boat for sailing locally either single handed or with friends and family. Designed by Ed Du Bois, she is known locally as a fast cruiser, having been raced by previous owners.
It's a well used, yet maintained sailing boat that needs some attention to some cosmetic repairs, but underneath feels like a sturdy vessel.
The upholstery and bilge feels dry, and I like the large cockpit. She's possibly suited to coastal hops and yacht club racing. The engine ran without smoke and the overall cleanliness inside is evident.
